From Lucie Lane: The Catfish Derby is a FREE event, open to the first 50 children ages 3 to 12. All children who wish to participate must register by June, 3rd, 2023. All children must have adult supervision and need to bring their own fishing equipment and bait (chickenlivers and power baits). Check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m., with fishing from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Along with door prizes,trophies will be awarded for:
1.) Largest catfish (weight), ages 2-7, 1st place and runner-up
2.) Largest catfish (weight), ages 8-12 , 1st place and runner-up
3.) Secret weights (2)

Caught fish may be kept (limit of 3 per child) or released back to pond. Bring a cooler and line to keep fresh. A hot dog lunch will be served after the event.

Please fill out a separate registration for each child.
