Bump Fire 6/14/2024

As you may or not know, the US Supreme Court threw out the ATF’s ban of bump stocks today. https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/22-976new_0971.pdf

However a section of rule 3.4 in the Cherokee rule book states:

Full automatic weapons, “Hellfire trigger” devices, binary triggers or any other mechanical
device that simulates full automatic firing is prohibited on all Club firing Ranges.

There is a 1 round per second rule on the lower pistol and rifle range – no mag dumps or rapid fire (Section 4.2)

AIMED rapid fire is permitted on the upper range (Section 4.3) as long as the projectiles don’t strike the ground closer than 50 yards of the firing line. The operative word is AIMED. Mag dumps are NOT permitted.
