There’s a lot going on this week ,hopefully it wont be a total rain out with Ida coming for a visit.

Tuesday 8/31 Open practice on the hill. Skeet and trap fields open by 3p

Thursday 9/2 Cherokee Rod and Gun Club monthly meeting.  Meeting starts at 7p (most folks show up around 6:45p) Meetings are not required for general membership as they are for the board of directors . That having been said, you should make one here and there just to keep up on the activities and general business of your club. The general meetings don’t run much more than an hour and there is a meal available. All of the program directors will give a report on their events , so this will inform you of the activities taking place that you might want to get involved with. There will be a board of directors meeting following the general meeting. 

Friday 9/3 Arts old Codgers will be on the hill shooting trap and skeet. They will be ready to go by 9a and shoot till around lunchtime.

Saturday 9/4 Cherokee hosts an ATA 300 target registered event. Sign ups start at 8a shoot starts at 9a. Krispy Kreme doughnuts for breakfast and Fazolis for Lunch!!!
