From Larry Dark: Howdy

I hope everyone had a great Independence Day Holiday.  We  have some new events coming up soon. Cherokee will host an ATA event on the first Saturday in the month. It will be a 300 target shoot with singles , doubles, and handicap.  I have even heard rumors that there may be a big fish fry to kick this one off. I will have more info coming a little later, but save up some shotgun shells.  

Now for this weeks scheduled events  

Tuesday 7/6 Open practice on the hill. Ranges open by 2p  

Tuesday 7/6 5 Stand league. The crew will be ready by 5p  

Friday 7/9 Arts Old Codgers will be on the hill shooting trap and skeet. They show up about 9a and shoot till mid day. 

Saturday 7/10 Wilderness Road will host the trophy shoot. Sign ups start at 8:30a and go till 10a. A meal is served

Sunday 7/11 5 stand will be up and running by noon and go till everyones had enough shooting. This is not a league shoot, this is a regular 5 stand day. Bring lots of shells and get on a squad. If you enjoy shooting 5 stand, let the crew know . Rodney, John and Tony put in a lot of time and shoot less than anyone there.   

Monday 7/12 ATA Big 50 . Signups at 5p shoot at 6p.
