We have had some totally strange weather, 70 to snow in the blink of an eye.  But the days are getting longer and eventually we will have some great shooting weather.

As a kickoff to this wonderful time of year…Paul Key informed me that we will have a catered BBQ lunch at our trophy shoot this month. Bradens will be there with BBQ and the trimmings. Come on out ….Shotguns and BBQ , pretty good day!!

Just a reminder…The kids are getting geared up for their 2022  SCTP season.  We always like to encourage our youth to be responsible with firearms and good ambassadors of Cherokee Rod and Gun.  Cherokee does a lot to support the youth program and the kids are very grateful to the generosity of all members of CRGC.

Tuesday 3/15 Open practice on the hill. Ranges open by 2p

Thursday 3/17 Youth SCTP practice on the hill. Start at 6p

Friday 3/18  Arts old Codgers will be on the hill shooting trap and skeet. They get started about 9a and shoot till the geritol wears off around mid day. If your off they would love to have you join them

Saturday 3/19 Cherokee will host the regional tournament . Shoot trap and or skeet.  25.00 to shoot both . Youth under 16yo 15.00 Lunch is provided. Sign ups 9a till 10:30a.
