THE WORK DAY SCHEDULED FOR THIS SATURDAY 10/29 IS CANCELLED!! WE WILL SCHEDULE ANOTHER IN THE SPRING.
Fall is upon us for sure, with some of the nicest weather of the year. We still have people scheduled for range duty , for a few more weekends. The people scheduled have gotten keys for the facilities and in return keep the range open for the ones that dont want keys. I list the days and the person with duty at the bottom of the email, so if someone is scheduled and you have the time ….come on out and take advantage of the facilities.
Cherokee is a volunteer club. We have some very dedicated members that love to shoot. They come out and open and close the ranges, carry targets, fill machines, clean the houses etc. Many take them for granted because they are always there. Please dont take these folks for granted, they are not paid , it isn’t their job. Offer to help, grab a box of targets, fill a machine, get involved you will enjoy the involvement.

There were 27 shooters in October . Thanks to everyone that participated. This will be the last month of the league till next spring. Five stand will continue to operate on the second Sunday and fouth Saturday throughout the winter (weather permitting)

*Arts old Codgers will be shooting on the hill. Skeet and trap ranges open by 930a and they shoot till mid day.
