From Brad Snow: Cherokee Rod and Gun Club’s 22 Silhouette Matches for 2025 start in about a week.  The schedule and cost is the same as last year, except the Standing and Long Range matches will start a little earlier in the afternoon. All matches are March thru October.  Standing matches are the 2nd Tuesday, setup starting about 2:00.  This match will also include pistols shot from the bench.  Rifles and pistols are not competing against each other.  The Modified matches (half bench, half standing)  are the 4th Saturday, setup starting at 8:00.  This match will also include pistols after the rifle shoot is complete.  Long Range matches are the 4th Monday setup starting at noon.  Costs are $5.00 for the Standing and Modified matches and $10.00 for the Long Range matches.  A couple of matches will be moved around because of holidays or range conflicts, we will note those later.  

So the March matches are:

Standing -Tue, Mar 11, 2:00 — and you will have time to shoot both a standing rifle and a bench pistol if you like

Half&Half – Sat, Mar 22, 8:00 — and we will shoot bench pistols after the normal rifle shoot is complete 

Long Range – Mon, Mar 24, noon.
